100% Riesling grapes grown in the Niagara Peninsula Escarpment of Ontario, Canada. Fermented and aged at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks for full fruit concentration. This wine has notes of ripe peaches, layers of sweet and fresh tropical fruit, honey and hints of spice. The flavors are an explosion of pineapple, apricot, floral honey, oranges, cardamom spice with lemon drops. Pairs well with fruit desserts, cream pastries and even spicy Asian cuisine. |
